Three Day Health Warranty
You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your
choice with 3 days of purchase. If your puppy, in the opinion of the Vet. has
any physical problems considered life threatening, we will provide you with a
healthy replacement puppy of equal value. If there are no available puppies,
one will be provided from the next available litter whelped. If you choose a
puppy of greater value, then you will be responsible for the cost difference.
To make a claim, you must return the puppy to Judy Mobley within 7 days of
purchase. Also provide a signed statement from the Vet. with the date of
examination as to why the puppy is a poor health risk. The statement must
include a description of the symptoms supporting the opinions. There is no
warranty against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parasites, and Viral or
Bacterial Infections. There will be no refund on shipping cost and all
deposits are non-refundable. Any and all Vet. Bills will be paid by the new
owner.
General Terms and Conditions
Failure to have the puppy examined in 3 days of purchase VOIDS ALL
WARRANTIES.
There is no guarantee that this puppy can be shown or bred.
There is no guarantee on the size or color now or as an adult.
Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.
